Automatic checks and inactive accounts

Grids run on the 1st and 15th of each month and a single-point check runs weekly for each tracked keyword. If, for 30 days, nobody signs in to an account and no client report of the account is opened or shared, automatic checks pause. We email the account owner 7 days before. Checks resume with one click from that email, or whenever someone signs in or a shared report is opened. Paused accounts use no credits and keep their history.

Credits

Monthly and annual plans include grid credits that reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. Credits you buy never expire and are used after the monthly allowance. Lifetime plans include a one-time bank of grid points.
